I love cupcakes. They are the perfect size dessert and if done properly are better than a bowel of cookie dough ice cream. I’ve been in the mood for cake for a while. I haven’t found any local vegan bakeries and I wasn’t going to compromise my stance just for cake. Not matter what Marie Antoinette said.
I found a great recipe on a blog I recently discovered. Jamie Tangerine has a recipe for Vegan Blackberry and Lemon Cupcakes on her blog and I instantly wanted to try it. So, here’s my first try at making vegan cupcakes.
