Happy Monday friends!! I hope you all enjoyed your weekend and spent it with the people you love! My weekend was crazy and reflection on why I need to stay focused!! Cooking definitely helps. I’m thinking of doing a cooking series so look out for it!
- Pizza Dough
- Marinara Sauce
- Basil
- Yellow Bell Pepper
- Green Bell Pepper
- Red Bell Pepper
- Broccoli
- Plum Tomato
- Zucchini
- Vegan Mozzarella Cheese
- Olive Oil
Making pizza is pretty easy. There’s nothing extravagant about it and it’s always a good quick meal prep. I was in the mood for pizza and didn’t feel like paying $22 for 4 slices to my local pizzeria.
So, I invaded my kitchen and whipped up a fast & easy pizza.
- Stretch out the dough to your desires shape and thickness
- Add a nice layer of sauce
- Add veggies
- More sauce, please
- And sprinkle the top with as much or as little cheese as you want 🙂
- Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
