Meatless Monday: Vegan Pizza 

Happy Monday friends!! I hope you all enjoyed your weekend and spent it with the people you love! My weekend was crazy and  reflection on why I need to stay focused!! Cooking definitely helps. I’m thinking of doing a cooking series so look out for it!   

  • Pizza Dough 
  • Marinara Sauce 
  • Basil 
  • Yellow Bell Pepper 
  • Green Bell Pepper 
  • Red Bell Pepper 
  • Broccoli 
  • Plum Tomato 
  • Zucchini 
  • Vegan Mozzarella Cheese 
  • Olive Oil 

Making pizza is pretty easy. There’s nothing extravagant about it and it’s always a good quick meal prep. I was in the mood for pizza and didn’t feel like paying $22 for 4 slices to my local pizzeria. 

So, I invaded my kitchen and whipped up a fast & easy pizza. 

 

  1.  Stretch out the dough to your desires shape and thickness 
  2. Add a nice layer of sauce 
  3. Add veggies 
  4. More sauce, please 
  5. And sprinkle the top with as much or as little cheese as you want 🙂 
  6. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
